Holiday Inn Vienna South

High up on the Wienerberg!

Exposed locations allow one thing above all: breathtaking views and new perspectives. This is not only true in nature. It is especially true for the recently completed Holiday Inn Vienna South. In keeping with this linguistic image, the concise and colourful interior design by Archisphere also culminates at the very top - in the panorama restaurant, which is open to the public all day and in the evening, with a breathtaking view. A highlight above the rooftops of the city!

The restaurant is located on the 22nd floor of the new hotel and office tower of the building owner Immofinanz and operator Novum Hospitality Group. The top level of the building, which is visible from afar in the south of Vienna, can be reached by panoramic elevator - an experience in itself - and in addition to the perspective of cheerful conviviality and la bella vista also offers space for private dinners and events.

Floors 8 to 21 are home to 201 friendly, light-flooded hotel rooms that combine contemporary-unpretentious functionality with the greatest possible comfort (for example in the relax corner). Octagonal tiles in the bathrooms and a colour spectrum inspired by nature give the Holiday Inn Vienna South an exquisite touch. It's a great place to sleep, work and wander off into the distance.

With the new Holiday Inn Vienna South, Archisphere succeeds in creating new perspectives for Novum Hospitality in several senses. The design of the gastronomy is deliberately not only aimed at hotel guests, but also invites people who work or live here to use the public areas. The lobby shares the entrance with the access to Immofinanz's Myhive Office concept and flows into a "third place" café, which in turn opens directly onto the mall.
